Walking Tennis
A game for everyone to enjoy
Walking Tennis is a slower version of the wonderful game; it is tennis, but at a walking pace with some adapted rules. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. From those who have dropped out of the sport they love due to injury, to those who believed they had hung up their tennis racket many years ago, it really is a game for everyone.
Walking Tennis is a fantastic way to keep fit and support your overall well-being, helping improve your mobility, flexibility and balance. Joining a session will also provide you with the perfect opportunity to meet other likeminded people and make new friends, whilst staying active!
