Strong and Steady Exercise Classes
Please note, as of 31st March 2024, Strong and Steady will become part of the new Healthy Worcestershire programme.
We are no longer taking referrals for the programme.
Strong and Steady Exercise Classes are designed for people who feel unsteady on their feet or have had a fall. The classes are part of a FREE 24 week programme that aims to improve strength and balance, and also to help people feel more confident when out and about.
The classes are held in accessible, local community venues by Level 4 qualified PSI instructors.
Unfortunately we cannot provide transport but we can help you to find a local community transport scheme.
