About MSC Performance
MSC provides Strength and Conditioning coaching to all ages and all levels of ability. Members are part of a great community and will be educated by some of the most qualified and respected coaches in the UK! We have classes such as Barbell Club, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and Metabolic Conditioning. MSC has taken on complete beginners and progressed them to world class powerlifters. We also train elite Weightlifting, Rugby Players, American Football players, Swimmers, youth athletes, schools and much more, as well as working with young professionals in Birmingham City Centre with no athletic background!
