About Hereford parkrun
Free of charge weekly 5km running event. Open to all abilities and ages.
The course is 2 laps (anticlockwise) of the racecourse. It is mostly flat and a well established trail. The run starts behind the Leisure Centre on the racecourse and is not visible from the pavement beside the road. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to hear the pre-run briefing.
