About English Association of Snooker and Billiards

English Association of Snooker and Billiards are the National Governing Body for both Snooker and Billiards for the Amateur game in England, and are approved by Sport England.

The EASB are a voluntary led association, staffed by players, referees and general enthusiasts of the games of Snooker and Billiards. We are the National Governing Body for both Snooker and Billiards for the Amateur game in England, and are approved by Sport England.

Billiards is played with three balls: white, red and yellow. The white and yellow balls are the cue balls of the two opponents respectively and the objective is to score some set points. The player who scores the required points first, wins.

Snooker, there are 15 red and six coloured balls and one cue ball.
