Activity Information
Exercise to music, usually mixed of 60's, 70's, more current and latin music included (participants tend to really enjoy the music selection). Complete beginners welcome, no experience of any previous activities. Mostly aim for over 50, but not exclusively. If you feel you want to improve cardiovascular and general wellbeing, or if you want to come to a friendly class, please. Ring me if you want to have more information.
Bromsgrove Classes 10, 11 and 12pm on Wed
Classes can be performed standing or seating (although most people stand). Participants come with different abilities and they are encourage to work to their level.
Car park available at the back not extra cost, or by the side around £1 per hour
Come into the hall main entrance (disability ramp on the side)
