Come and join us for Move More with Jermaine at Christ Church, Matchborough (Redditch, B98 0EP), Wednesdays (11am-12pm)!
Regular physical activity in later life is important for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you'll also meet new people!
Age UK BRWF run a range of Exercise Classes, aimed specifically at older people, across North Worcestershire.
If you haven't exercised in a while, don't worry. Our classes are run by experienced instructors and focus on gentle exercise to help you to improve your fitness at your own pace. The classes are also great fun - the social aspect is a really important part of all the groups run by Age UK BRWF!
No need to book and no equipment needed – just come along and 'Give it a Try'!
