Our friendly class offers low impact exercise to music with aerobics, toning and stretch as well as an optional weekly weigh. A friendly group of ladies that enjoy the social meet up whilst improving their fitness and well being. All ages welcome but ideal for the active 50+ Just wear something easy to move in and bring a drink and a mat or towel for any floor work. Pay as you go or discounted prepaid blocks
